TCM Visual 4c
TASK 1:
Take the content of the Samsara Paragraph in Visual 4a and contemplate the realms according to yourself.
Indentify where you strongly align with the realms of Samsara, or where your potential hooks in the lower astral may be.
Pay attention to the wording for it gives the clues or hints to your personality distortions.
For example:
If you know that you are jealous or envious, then the realm of the jealous gods is your clue.
If you know that you can be excessive or greedy in any way, then the realm of the hungry ghosts is your clue.
If you act dumb or as if you do not have the intellectual capacity to do things or understand, then the realm of the animal is your clue.
And so forth.
Some of you may find a kinship to the gods and their comfortable and elegant life.
You can find an alignment in more than one too.
The trick with this exercise is to identify where the realm is that you may get stuck in, need to conquer within yourself or is the one that may cause you remain in the karmic worlds.
TASK 2:
Imagine having total access to your past lives (give this some serious contemplation) and imagine how it would change you? Follow this train of thought and try to imagine what would change and how your life would take a different turn. Would it make a difference and why? What would change if you had access to the memories in your DNA going back through your ancestors?
