The heart is an important tool for perception and information as it often knows things that you do not know. The way that it communicates is often with feelings. I often receive the gift of joy (profound) or warning, discomfort, a hollowness (meaning something is going nowhere), barrenness, fullness or many other feelings. These sensations or feelings link the higher realms with the lower realms, and wisdom can flow in.

Then there is telepathy and it is largely unreliable in this density but can work if only for identifying an idea. This also goes for intuition as it is influenced by the inner workings of each individual. The higher we climb in the ideas of ourselves, the more we have to face the inner demon and when we reach the heights of ourselves in abstract concept, we come face to face with the Lucifer or the Bellrock (LOTR – what Gandalf faces). We have to know the signs of our inner realms to be able to follow them when we are heading in a particular direction.

When we encounter various monsters, demons or ideas, we had better know ourselves enough – or thoroughly – in order to recognize what it is we are dealing with. The greatest gift that you can give yourself is to know your insecurities and weaknesses, and not to be in denial of them. These are the shadow realms and you need to know how to locate and recognize these ideas within yourself.

The average person endures a challenge at face value often feeling self pity, apathy or anger. The spiritual student never takes anything at face value but is also confined or limited to their understanding of their ideas of self and the realms they inhabit. The interpretation of events and information plays a large role in your reality and how you experience it.  When signals are not generated by you but from someone else, you can end up seeing things that are not there or interpreting reality according to them.

You don’t want to bury your head in the sand but the meaning that you give to everything you read, see or hear, must be filtered by your own intuition, through telepathy and the most important – your heart. I use pure logic a lot and I find it to be a reliable tool – but not without the heart space. It works in places that require pure logic but sometimes we have to bridge time and space, or see what the soul sees, in order to know something that our logic, memory or 5 senses cannot translate.

This the heart can do!

Practise:

When facing or dealing with daily issues, try to recognise the area that you are facing them. Is it purely in the physical (we all know that it is not but at least identify that layer). Is it emotional? Is it mental? Is it a combination? Have you caused it knowingly or not? Has it blindsided you or did you have prior warning? Is it stirring you and have you no source as yet? Is it on the right side or left side of your body? Did it come through your heart? Did it reach you in a dream or as an idea alone? Did you read it or hear about it?

All of these questions begin a search for understanding about your personal make-up. Have you felt this before – does it ring of a cyclic event? Is there anything about it that smacks of a repeat challenge that you did not complete successfully last time? Are there any dreams, signs or metaphors that are a recurrence that you have become conscious of this time around? Are you observing the way your ego is responding and are you being open to receive new information?

If you are mature enough and are following the metaphors or ideas of your own mind, then are you aware that your own shadow is now stalking you? Do you know its face? Have you become aware of your dark root as you move deeper into those shadow lands? The dark root becomes darker as you progress, for at the the core of it sits your own personal demon.

Become aware that at all levels you are the Source of your own created or manifested self in this density. You are complex but you are not complicated! Overcome your complexity and lead your way!
